Formerly Quinn Glass, Encirc has revenues of over £250million and considerable UK and Irish market share in the container glass industry. Their complete supply chain service is unique to the market to this day. It means they can manufacture high-quality container glass, offer beverage formulation, fill using state-of-the-art technology, store in Europe’s largest bonded warehouse and distribute direct to store.
Armstrong successfully led the rebrand from Quinn Glass and Cobevco to Encirc. Previously, Quinn Glass was just seen as a container glass manufacturer, with a separate business for filling beverages. Identifying that the individual services worked in isolation rather than as an integrated market proposition, we created a 'mother' brand structure, which at a corporate level allowed the customers to utilise a complete supply chain service, whilst also allowing the sub-services to work individually, maximising commercial success to the business. By utilising Encirc's 360 offer, customers can now benefit from a reduction in supply-chain costs, a greater security of supply, greater product integrity, a reduction of unnecessary travel of their products and a lower carbon footprint. We helped Encirc to discover and realise their true potential – how their individual services could be more effectively integrated to provide customers with a full service proposition – a unique offering that stands them apart in the industry today.
