Account Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, ideally with B2B experience and having worked in a similar role for a creative or digital agency for at least 2-3 years. You will be responsible for a group of accounts and will visit clients to advise and guide on marketing activity for their business as well as maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Delivering 2-3 clients’ annual strategic marketing plans
  • Building on and establishing new relationships
  • Collating contact reports and scheduling work into the Creative teams
  • Developing engaging briefs for the Creative teams
  • Monitoring quality and deadlines

What you’ll bring

  • You should be confident in your approach with customers and the creative team
  • As a relationship-based role, you need to be personable and customer centric
  • You will have an unwavering attention to detail and deadlines
  • Friendly, approachable and able to coordinate a team to deliver a project
  • You must have a Marketing or Business-related degree, a full UK driving license and your own transport

What we’re offering

  • £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
